Forge Village Man Arrested For Alleged Suspended License, Jury Duty No-Show, Undocumented Address

The following information came from the Westford Police. Anyone arrested is considered innocent unless proven guilty by a court of law.

Jan. 28, 8:22 p.m. – John Paul Kane, 25, of 21 Oak Rd. in Westford was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Depot Street.

Kane was charged with alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence and marked lane violations.

Jan. 29, 10:28 p.m. – Les Robert Chernauskas, 48, of 7 Gooseneck Ln. in Westford was arrested following a motor vehicle stop at the corner of Lakeside Terrace and Groton Road.

Chernauskas was charged with alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence and marked lane violations.

Jan. 30, 9:14 a.m. – Joel Jacklin, 52, of 2 Bradford St. #2 in Westford was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Main Street.

Jacklin was charged with alleged driving with a suspended license, failure to notify the registry of motor vehicles of an address change and an outstanding warrant for skipping jury duty.
